procmail

Deedra,

Here is a set of five lines that will first play a specific
sound when speakup meail is detected, and then direct that mail
to a speakup folder. I use pine and the standard pine mail
folder setup.

:0 c
 * ^Reply-To: .*@braille.uwo.ca
 | play /usr/local/etc/speakup.wav
:0 A
 $HOME/mail/speakup

This should take you further.
