I am sympathetic to Kirk on this. A list moderator is not a baby sitter. It always takes two people to argue. If you ignore crap, it goes away to someone who pays attention to it. I have used kill files once, but it really spoils a persons day. The best solution is to have everyone just stop the garbage.
