Links and Elinks

Hi there. I came across that project too at one time, and it seems that the 
current Links code was based on Elinks. I could be wrong on this, that was just 
my understanding from information I have looked at. Do you mean the one on 
elinks.sourceforge.net? If so, I saw that the next version is supposed to have 
things such as Javascript support, which the current Links-2.1 has. So now I am 
not sure which project was based off what.
