I tried a few different combinations and the same thing. it cant access the root device which is I think /dev/rd/0. it also needs an initrd which is contained on the floppy in initrd.gz. Speakup kind of shits itself when the kernel panics so I don't know wtf is the exact error message but it's something about unable to access root device or something.
