Please note that our experience came last July, before Mobile Accessibility was on the market in the U.S. I believe they've released a new version since then, and any notes we might have may well not be all that helpful today. In any case, I don't have such notes, and I won't be back in the office until January 2. Have you talked with the product vendor about this issue? Also, have you handled the device you want to install this software on to be sure that you will like working with it? The 3650 has a dial pad that I have personally found unpleasant to use because I spent so much time finding the next button to push. It's not a typical touch-tone keypad. Is there a place where I can get theese directions? I'm guessing that I can probably get my mother to help me get accessibility stuff put on the phone or something. > > > On Wed, 24 Dec 2003, Janina Sajka wrote: > > > When we first got the 3650 back in April we shipped it to Switzerland to > > get Mobile Accessibility installed.
