It's really written to be used inside of perl scripts but can also be used from the command line. controls the duration and frequency of beeps, and you can easily do multiple beeps on one pitch or beeps at diffffferent frequencies/pitches. also can control delay. Can be used to provide different beeps for different events. also some musical frequencies are included in the info on it so I think one could also have some fun!!! Cheryl
