permissions of /dev/dsp and /dev/audio

Hi,

     Look in /etc/security/console.perms.  The idea is that only one 
user will be logged in at a time.  That way, PAM makes sure that that 
user gets permissions for resources such as sound, CDROMs, and floppies.
