Emacspeak and Speak up for linux

Emacspeak can work with RedHat Linux by using IBM ViaVoice as software
speech synthesizer. The things you must do is :
1.Download and Install ViaVoice
2. Install emacspeak
3.type make at thic path :
/usr/share/emacs/site-lisp/emacspeak/server/linux-outlout/
4.open file  /etc/profile and add two lines in the end of this file
export DTK_PROGRAM
DTK_PROGRAM=outlout
5. The setup finish
6. At the root directory type emacspeak .
