You might want more RAM (64M?) if you want X but as far as processor you are way ahead of the minimum - way ahead... What I have at home(currently 7.3 and will be 8 in a couple weeks): P/90, 64M RAM, 1M video card (yes X works on that too!) maybe 6G of drive space and a 2X CD ROM...
