The company that was developing this OS won its suit against Microslop (Microsoft), and then stopped upgrading DR-DOS. I do not believe any upgrades have been done to the OS since then, but I believe the OS has been released to the public domain. In 2000, I put together a list of operating systems which were available for Intel type architecture, including DR-DOS. <a href="http://www.ecst.csuchico.edu/~rreid/links/os.html"> The list </a> is a little dated, but it is still available. Links are available from that page to the various places where the operating systems can be found.
