I've looked at linmodems.org, and didn't see anything on this modem, so
I'm hoping that maybe someone on hear can tell me a little mor about this.
I've got to go back to the guidedog school to get a new dog probably in
october or november, I'll need to have my laptop working and running so I
can do my labs for school while I'm there. can anyone tell me wether this
modem works with linux or not?
Modem Silicon Labs Si3038 chipset (BCM4124 codec; Si3014-KS global
line side device)
* V.90/K56 data; V.17 fax soft modem
I suspect that it probably won't work, but it's worth a shot sense if I
can't get it to work, I'll have to put windows xp back on it for that:p
