Changing default editor in mutt

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

hi there, how you do this will depend upon how you want the change to
take place, I.E., if you want to change Mut's default editor globally or
system-wide for all users edit the appropriate line in /etc/Muttrc note
that the M is capitalized.
If you want to change it for a $user they should have a .Muttrc in their
home directory containing the appropriate line containing the editor
directive.
Hth!
