acpi and the str/s3 state

I'm not going to bother e-mailing macroslop, since I don't think they'd be very helpfull. Besides, this seems to me like more of a hardware issue rather then a windows issue (that's why I posted here in the first place). I stated clearly in my message that the os was windows 98se. Thanks.
