how to get full duplex out of the standard kernel drivers

As I stated in a previous post, the actual problem is that the "-s" flag
is passed to install on the second line from the bottom and it tries to
strip svod which is text and can't be stripped. This is with Speak Freely
7.2. Isn't the CVS version based on 7.1? Anyway, I removed the "-s" flag
from that line and the man pages installed. I had also removed the part
about half duplex and added the -DNEEDED_LINEAR option.
