Hi chuck and all! I want to thank everybody who worked on this; it's gratifying to have figured out the part that is in our control, though I must admit my desire to use the site has not been heightened by the experience. whenever I've brought a problem to this list, I've allways been able to count on somebody else having the same problem and wanting to fix it, or just wanting to be helpful and going out of their way to give information and suggestions.
