In fact, there was definitely supposedly an ascii link for this item, and the instructions they tell visitors to read say the following: Please note that copyrighted books are only available for download in the specialized formats of digital Braille (BRF) and the digital talking book format (DAISY), and are only available to people with disabilities who have provided certification of disability. So why do they have links to an ascii file for a book that is still under copyright?
