PS - sorry, I forgot something!

The ctrl-o command in pico does not postpone a message; it
updates the file by writing the current buffer to it. Also, the
ctrl-c command in pico does not cancel a message; it tells you
your current location within the file - what line out of how
many, what char out of how many, and the percent of the file
length where cursor currently resides. It is only the built in
pine composer that knows how to postpone, or cancel.
