It sounds like your floppy drive is dying. As floppy drives get older they
seam to have longer access times. Also try a different floppy disk.
You might try a different disk first, and if that doesn't fix the problem
start observing how a Windows boot disk loads.
If All the disks take a long time to load like i said there is some chance
the floppy drive is starting to go.
