Hi.  Did you install your system from a CD-ROM?  If so, did it
speak during the install?  If you didn't have speech during the install,
how did you get speech?
You will need to use the install program to get your Debian system 
back.  You choose a few options in the install program to re-install lilo.
I can try to give you info on how to create floppies, but you will need to
be in DOS to do it.  If you have a bootable CD-ROM with speakup it will be
easier.
