Redhat 7.0 assistance

Hello gang:

As I am a rookie to Linux, I require the following assistance.
I wish to install Redhat 7.0, from CD ROM, with Speakup for the Artic Transport classic synthesizer,
in a duel boot method with Win 95. 95 is necessary because once I learn Linux, the non Linux members of my family, who avail them selves of my system from time to time, will still require a 9-X platform.
As well, I would like to be pointed to an online command reference, which will provide me with the basic commands up to and including advanced. This reference should not contain pages of description documentation for each command. A paragraph description would be quite sufficient.

I tried booting off the Transport boot image for Redhat 7.0 but after the first floppy disk access,
after typing text expert at the prompt as was instructed, following a second disk access, nothing happened. Every thing was connected properly because my Win 95 screen reader,
was configured to use Comm port 4 and the Artic Transport Classic external synthesizer.

I would appreciate any advice and assistance from anyone.

Best regards to all:
Michael
