web brousers that handle forms for linux?

Yes, I can fill forms with Lynx.  To shop or do my banking, I need to use 
MSIE and JAWS, since those forms are so JScript-laden.  Does Links( l  i  
n  k  s) handle JavaScript?  What about the latest emacs w3?  When last I 
used it, it could not.
