web brousers that handle forms for linux?

Not sure what you mean by "Handle Forms".  Lynx will do it.  I've lynx 
2.8.  JavaScript is a problem, but that's expected.  

If you're interested in the Emacspeak route, there's W3.  It, too, handles 
forms, frames, tables, etc.  Finally, may I suggest a look at a thing 
called Edbrowse.  Not sure how it does with frame sets, but it handles 
forms.
