Hi I think that it is in the production of the color.gz disk because the first prompt is found compressed image at block .... and the lister hasn't reported that. However, that's a good consideration, sorry for overlooking that. So lister, if your still having problems could you tell us about the hardware? There is enough memory in this machine, isn't there? I don't know how much memory is required for the /dev/ram0 for this root image but the kernel has that compiled into it so this does surprise me a bit. Your hard disk doesn't play into this until it is explecitly mounted by the slackware installer or by you.
