The format of SPEAKFREE_ID is name:e-mail.address:phone:location meaning the above line should look like this: setenv SPEAKFREE_ID="Chris Nestrud:ccn at uark.edu::Fayetteville, AR, USA" This is important as the LWL server puts headers like Phone and E-mail before the appropriate entries on the webpage.
