Buddy, The problem you are having is common to those items that need the pccts installed. The root of the problem is that pccts is installed into a different location then all the programs that need it to compile. I don't remember the details beyond that. I copied pccts to the directory looked at in the config file when I needed it. As I recall pccts is not actually a dependancy. It is a helper for the compiler.
