Hi Steve, Umm. Well, it converts to just plain ASCII text, so I suspect it doesn't keep much formatting. If you're worried about formatting, you might check out WV, which I also have, as it converts to HTML, keeping (I gather, at any rate) most formatting intact if it can be rendered in HTML. If I'm not very much mistaken, bot support Word 6.0, 95, 97, and 2000.
