Linux has lots of support for ISA devices.  It's just that ISA plug'n'play
cards need to be allocated an IRQ, which is what ISAPNPTOOLS is used
for.  NB:  I've never had to use it so don't ask me for anymore detail than
that.  I'm certain other listers have though.
