creating distribution installation disks with speakup in the kernel

Also if redhat replaces the keymap after the kernel loads you'll have to
stick the speakup key map in there.
Also on the speakup site if you want there's allready some boot disks for
6.0 and 6.1 and 6.2 might be up there, but I don't know yet.
