Help with ALSA 0.5.7

Hi Buddy:  There are some basic differences in the 5.x drivers over
the older ones.  Now snd_index has to be set to 0 not 1.  Also, the
snd-pcm1 lines in the bottom section of modules.conf has to be changed
to snd-oss-pcm or whatever it is.  You remove the one from pcm.
--isapnp is built-in by default in the 5.x drivers if you want to use
isapnp.conf then you need to set isapnp=0 in the optiions line of your
modules.conf.
