[PATCH 0/2] add support for -fdiagnostic-prefix[=prefix]

It's sometimes useful to distinguish error messages coming from
the compiler and those coming from sparse. This series help this
by allowing sparse's error messages to be prefixed by "sparse: "
or any other choosen prefix.
