[PATCH 3/4] ARC: perf: avoid vmalloc backed mmap

For non-alising Dcache, vmalloc is not needed.

vmalloc triggers additonal D-TLB Misses in the perf interrupt code path
making it slightly inefficient as evident from hackbench runs below.
