[PATCH v1 14/19] hid-ft260: uart: cleanup and refactoring

- Cleanup printouts and comments.
- Refactor to adjust to the module's style.
- Replace the kfifo_in_locked/kfifo_out_locked with
  kfifo_in_spinlocked/kfifo_out_spinlocked since the former may be
  dropped in the future.
