[PATCH] serial: pl011: Do not clear RX FIFO & RX interrupt in unthrottle.

Clearing the RX FIFO will cause data loss.
Copy the pl011_enabl_interrupts implementation, and remove the clear
interrupt and FIFO part of the code.
