[PATCH v2 RESEND 3/3] serial: tegra-tcu: Use uart_xmit_advance(), fixes icount.tx accounting

Tx'ing does not correctly account Tx'ed characters into icount.tx.
Using uart_xmit_advance() fixes the problem.
