[PATCH 35/36] serial: sc16is7xx: Remove serial_rs485 assignment

Serial core handles serial_rs485 assignment. It is safe to remove this
assignment because sc16is7xx_reg_proc() takes port.lock at start (and
sc16is7xx_reconf_rs485() would too).
