Hi Greg:
DId you mean that the GCOV_PROFILE_PREREQS should add depends
on !GCOV_PROFILE_ALL ,then when GCOV_PROFILE_ALL is enabled,
the config GCOV_PROFILE_PREREQS will no longer works.
