Nope, linux-serial has nothing to do with these drivers at this point in
time.  If that's a good thing or not is open for discussion, but usually
usb serial devices are pretty trivial and don't tie directly into the
serial port infrastructure, but are just "normal" tty drivers.

No, use get_maintainer.pl, it will point you at the maintainer of this
driver, which is the key for what you need if you want these patches to
be reviewed and merged.
