This patchset includes the following changes (bug fixes and new feature support)
specific to aacraid driver.

* Removed IRQF_DISABLED
* Removed unwanted macro definition "sa_writeq"
* Replaced pci_enable_msix()with "pci_enable_msix_exact()"
