From: Nicholas Bellinger <nab@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> This patch changes iscsi_queuecommand_lck() to a host_lock less iscsi_queuecommand() that will internally disable interrupts using session->lock and drop the now legacy host_lock unlock.
