Can you please download lsiutil from here:
ftp://ftp.lsi.com/HostAdapterDrivers/lsiutil

# ./lsiutil 100 > output

And send me the 'output'.   I need to see whether NCQ was enabled, and
what the SATAMaxQDepth was set to.
