[PATCH][next] scsi: hptiop: Replace one-element array with flexible-array member in struct hpt_iop_request_ioctl_command

One-element arrays are deprecated, and we are replacing them with flexible
array members instead. So, replace one-element array with flexible-array
member in struct hpt_iop_request_ioctl_command.
