Hmm. I think we can use pinctrl-samsung.ko as a super module because chip-specific objects can be selectable by Kconfig option.
So, we don't need to separate them.

Any reason why do we need to drop __initconst and __init?
AFAIK, they will be automatically converted in case of MODULE.
