I overlooked this problem when adding HDMI audio support to the Odroid sound driver. This was brought to my attention earlier by Krzysztof, I will try to find some time and see how this issue could be addressed. Currently the ASoC card driver will wait for another (HDMI) CODEC component before registering the sound card, but that never happens when CONFIG_DRM_EXYNOS_HDMI is not enabled. -- Regards, Sylwester
