lockdep with 2.6.23.1 - rt10

Hi All,
 
With 2.6.23.1 and rt10 patch on an SMP system, i see the following error
 
swapper/1 just changed the state of lock:
 (rtc_lock){-...}, at: [<c04a9354>] sbf_init+0x24/0xe0
but this lock was taken by another, hard-irq-safe lock in the past:
 (xtime_lock){+...}
 
and interrupts could create inverse lock ordering between them.

does anybody have any idea ?
