Since firmware does not initialize any of the generic timer CPU registers pass the 'arm,cpu-registers-not-fw-configured' property as suggested in Documentation/devicetree/bindings/timer/arm,arch_timer.txt. This also aligns with other Rockchip SoC dtsi files.
