Thanks Niklas, for testing on EMEV2.

EMMA-mobile has same register layout like RZ/V2M
and is Register-compatible with the general-purpose 16750 UART chip.

So, I would like to add same type and flags for both the SoCs,
for the next version of the patch series.

I guess it is ok for everyone.
