[PATCH/LOCAL] arm64: renesas: defconfig: Enable AT24 I2C EEPROM support

Lots of Renesas boards have AT24-compatible I2C EEPROMs, which are
typically used to store (sub)board IDs.  Hence enable the corresponding
driver.
