[RFC PATCH 2/3] media: platform: Add CRU driver for RZ/G2L SoC

Add v4l driver for Renesas RZ/G2L Camera data Receiving Unit.

The CRU consists of a MIPI CSI-2 block and an Image Processing block.
Image Processing block input can be either CSI-2 or parallel input.

Based on a patch in the BSP by Hien Huynh
