[PATCH] PCI: rcar-gen2: remove duplicated bit-wise or of RCAR_PCI_INT_SIGRETABORT

Bit pattern RCAR_PCI_INT_SIGRETABORT is being bit-wise or'd twice;
remove the redundant 2nd RCAR_PCI_INT_SIGRETABORT.
