What's the use case for calling v4l2_subdev_alloc_pad_config() elsewhere
than from subdev_fh_init()?

Not really a bug but --- I think it'd be cleaner to call this from
v4l2_fh_cleanup(), rather than freeing cfg directly using kfree().
